Most recently, Kingston served as General Manager and Chief Operations Officer of a Hawaii-based company with more than 50 employees and annual revenues exceeding $10 million. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations improve efficiency, develop leaders, implement systems, and successfully navigate periods of growth.
